Since most of our products are highly unique and not found in stores, it can take a long time to get them especially after an influx of orders.

As a rule of thumb, the shipping can be broken down into two parts: Processing time: order verification, checking and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. WE SHIP FROM VANCOUVER CANADA. It will usually take about 6-9 business days for USA orders unless you choose express post.

Shipping time: this is the time it takes to get from our store to your door. International shipping usually requires 7-14 days, while Canadian orders can take less time. All orders are sent out with tracking numbers, for your security and peace of mind.
